1. The View in Reader command is back by popular demand.

2. Closing the Edit Attributes dialog is now much faster. As your outline grew, it would get slower and slower. I have some huge outlines, and could really feel it.

3. After you close the Edit Attributes dialog, the atts in the right margin update, reflecting any changes you made.

4. Added a little margin on the left of the atts display it doesn't come so close to touching the outline area.
