There are places where you need a long title for an outline, and places where you need a short one. A short title is good for a tab. But in the Reader app, you want a longer more descriptive title. This really showed up when we were viewing the Community Feed in Reader. The title at the top of the page said "Feed." That looked like a bug to me, even though the software was fully functional.

So, primarily to make Reader work better, we changed the Set Title command in the File menu. It now gives you a way of setting two titles, one short and one long. You can set a description for the outline.
